College

So most people who graduated this June are in college right now. That is, after all, the natural progression of our society. Especially those intelligent valedictorians and their top twenty gang. (You have to wonder about those kids. Who knows what they're doing locked in their rooms all the time. Probably developing weird steroids that build brain rather than bulk.)

Actually, I was in the top twenty, so let's just leave that stereo type to the top ten gang.

Alas, while I did go off to college, it went down hill quite fast. But, because I'm so considerate to bore you with why (and really don't feel like explaining it again), we'll skip the experience. Now, as a statute to how smart I am, I'm not attending college this year. (Take that, top twenty stereotype!)

Actually, it's being sorted out fairly quickly. I still have to figure out how to cancel a bunch of loans and other fantastically fun things, which I'm so not looking forward to. I'm also getting very tired very quickly of people asking me "why" and if I'm all right or if they can help. I can handle myself well enough, thank you. Even more so, I'm getting very irritated with the heckling. If I was smart enough to get the grades and rank that I did, I'm also smart enough to know what I should escape.

The better news is that I've only spent two nights in my own bed and all ready I have an interview with Wegmans. I also sent an email to RIT about two days ago, that didn't include any real information other than my name, and they've all ready tracked down my address and sent me a personalized letter.

I wish things had worked this smoothly and quickly a few months ago when I was looking for a job. x.x

Wishing you well,

M. D. Koch
